User Responsibilities

1 Service Availability
Our cleaning services are available during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Emergency service available (additional fees may apply)
Services are primarily available in Rockwell Center, Makati City, and surrounding Metro Manila areas. Service areas may expand based on demand and operational capacity.
2 Quality Standards and Satisfaction Guarantee

- If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours for a re-cleaning

3 Pricing and Payment Terms
Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. Payment terms include:
- All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes
- Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods

- Recurring service customers may be eligible for discounted rates

4 Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy includes:

- Cancellation fee: 50% of service cost for cancellations with 12-24 hours notice
- No-show fee: Full service cost for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows
- Rescheduling is free when done with at least 12 hours advance notice
- Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling may be handled case by case

- Our total liability for any single incident is limited to the amount of the service fee paid
